Who we are and what these terms cover Farallon Capital LLC operates these websites and apps. These terms cover farallondigital.com, its subdomains, and our apps, including Bible Scroll & Study, PDF Redact, Comix Reader: Comics & Manga, Bandwidth Advanced, Declutter Desktop, Stealth Renamer: Files&Folders, and You-moji. Product-specific terms shown before a purchase or feature activation also apply. Mandatory consumer protections always take precedence.

Using our websites and apps Use our services lawfully, respect others’ rights, and do not interfere with their security or operation. You may use the apps on devices permitted by the applicable license and store rules. You may not redistribute our proprietary app software or branding without permission. Open-source components and third-party content remain subject to their own licenses; nothing here restricts rights those licenses grant you.

Your files and content You keep ownership of your documents, comics, notes, annotations, and other content. We do not acquire ownership of it. Only provide content you are entitled to use. When you ask us to handle content for support, you permit us to use it only to address that request and meet legal obligations. Keep backups of important files before editing, exporting, syncing, or deleting them.

Product information and third-party services Features and availability can vary by platform, app version, and region. Screenshots and demonstrations may use sample content. Optional cloud storage, external catalogs, operating-system services, and local AI software have their own terms. You decide whether to enable them. Network usage measurements are estimates and can differ from your internet provider’s billing records. Study and AI-generated material may contain errors; check important information. Review redacted output before sharing sensitive documents.

Purchases and subscriptions If an app offers a paid purchase or subscription, its price, billing interval, and renewal conditions will be shown before you agree. Subscriptions renew only under the terms disclosed at purchase. Manage or cancel store-billed subscriptions through the store; deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow the store’s rules and applicable law. These terms do not create a paid tier or subscription where none is offered.

App Store licenses For apps obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless the listing supplies a separate license. These terms supplement that license only where consistent with it and do not replace Apple’s purchase terms or your statutory rights.

Availability and responsibility We aim to provide useful, reliable services, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, services are supplied as available without additional promises beyond those expressly made. We remain responsible wherever the law requires, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits mandatory warranties, refunds, or other consumer remedies.

Ending use and changes You can stop using our websites or apps at any time. We may restrict access to online services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requirements, or security threats. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Changes to these terms apply prospectively. We will update the date and give additional notice of material changes where appropriate; changes requiring consent will not take effect without it. We will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing purchase.

Questions and disputes Please use our contact page so we can try to resolve concerns fairly. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent you from contacting a regulator or using courts available under applicable law. Any choice of law or forum must preserve mandatory protections where you live.
